Alicia Nicholas

Alicia Nicholas is a Chemical Engineering student at McMaster University with a Minor in Business Specializing in Innovation. Currently applying analytical and problem-solving skills as a Jr. Engineer at Destiny Copper. Passionate about innovation, research, and process optimization, she is eager to apply her skills in engineering and business to real-world challenges.

At Destiny Copper, Alicia supports the day-to-day operations of our production plant through hands-on laboratory work and process development initiatives. She conducts chemical experiments to assist with process validation and troubleshooting, maintaining detailed and accurate lab records to support data-driven decision-making.

Alicia also contributes to the optimization of our metallurgical processes by analyzing performance data and collaborating with senior engineers to implement improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability. In addition, she assists with internal logistics, helping to coordinate materials, equipment, and resources to ensure seamless plant operations.
